・7日間の無料トライアル期間中は課金されません。 ・トライアル開始時にカード情報のご登録が必要です。 ・トライアル終了時（8日目）に、ご選択のプランで自動的に初回課金が発生します。 ・月払いの場合は毎月、年払いの場合は毎年、同日に自動更新されます。 ・トライアル期間中の解約は無料で、課金は発生しません。 • No charge during the 7-day free trial. • Card details are required at signup. • On day 8 (trial end), automatic billing begins on the plan you selected. • Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every year on the same date. • Cancel before day 7 to avoid all charges. |

| 返品・キャンセルRefunds & cancellation |
・トライアル期間中（7日間）の解約: いつでも無料で解約できます。課金は一切発生しません。 ・有料プラン契約後の解約: 設定画面の請求ポータルからいつでも解約できます。解約後は、現在の請求期間の終了まで本サービスをご利用いただけます。 ・返金: 本サービスはクラウド型SaaSという性質上、すでに提供されたサービスに対する原則として返金は行いません。法令で求められる場合、もしくはエンタープライズプラン契約で別途定めがある場合に限り、返金に応じます。 ・解約後30日以内であれば、ご自身でデータをCSVエクスポートできます。30日経過後、お客様のデータは恒久的に削除されます。 • During trial (7 days): cancel anytime, no charge. • After paid subscription: cancel anytime via the billing portal in settings. Service remains active through the end of your current billing period. • Refunds: as a cloud SaaS service, we generally do not refund services already delivered, except where required by law or under specific Enterprise contract terms. • You have 30 days post-cancellation to export your data via CSV. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted. |
