Features

日本のビジネス文化に、必要な機能、すべて。

Every feature, built for Japan.

Every SekiHQ feature, documented in full — how it works, which plan includes it, what data it touches. Built to be read as a spec sheet, not a brochure.

Keigo Engine

Three keigo registers, used correctly.

Sonkeigo (most formal), kenjogo (humble), and teineigo (standard polite) — the AI selects the right register based on the recipient and your relationship, then drafts authentic Japanese, not template-filled output.

How it works: We send the recipient's role, your interaction history, and warmth score as context to Anthropic Claude (latest LLM), which drafts a reply at the appropriate register. The output is always editable and never sent until you review it.

Warmth Scoring

Not activity. Relationship health.

Not email count. We weight reply rate, response latency, recency, and reciprocity into a 0–100 score that reflects how a relationship actually feels — the metric Salesforce and HubSpot can't measure.

The formula: Pulls 90 days of email + meeting + call data, then weights reply frequency from them (40%), response latency (25%), days since last contact (25%), and conversational reciprocity (10%). Score rises with active engagement, decays without.

En Map

Your relationships, as a galaxy.

A literal solar system: warmer relationships orbit closer to you. One glance tells you who's active, who you're neglecting, and where your strongest connections sit.

Technical detail: SVG-based, D3.js-powered. Smooth at 100+ contacts. Zoom, drag, click-to-open. Data is org-scoped via row-level security — no team sees another team's relationships.

Ma Timing

The Japanese sense of "ma" timing, computed.

In Japan, when you reach out matters as much as how. Too soon feels pushy; too late feels disrespectful. SekiHQ weighs warmth, last-contact date, deal stage, recipient industry, and Japanese holidays (Obon, Shōgatsu, Golden Week) to recommend the moment that feels right.

Six actions: ideal window, slightly overdue, recovery needed, wait, first contact, or holiday period. Refreshed daily per contact. Obon, Shōgatsu, GW, and year-end close are auto-detected as blackout periods.

Aisatsu Engine

Five seasonal greetings, automated.

Nengajō (New Year), Ochūgen (midyear), Shochū-mimai (summer), Zansho-mimai (late summer), and Oseibo (year-end) — SekiHQ notifies you in season and drafts personalized greetings per recipient. Never miss the moment.

How it shows up: When Ochūgen season opens (June 20–July 15), you'll see a queue of contacts with one-click draft generation, edit, send, or "skip this year." Send history is tracked per year per contact.

Email Enrichment

Reconstruct relationships from old emails.

One "Enrich from emails" click — the AI reads the last 15 interactions and proposes keigo register, warmth score, job title, company, and a relationship summary. Empty title/company fields are auto-filled silently; keigo and summary surface as suggestions for your review.

Data handling: Analysis runs through Anthropic Claude (enterprise terms — your prompts are not used for training). We never overwrite values you've set; only empty fields get auto-filled. Keigo + summary always require your accept / edit / dismiss choice.

Frequently asked

Which AI model do you use?
Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6 (as of May 2026). Under our enterprise agreement, your prompts are not used to train Anthropic's models. We notify you in advance of model version changes.
What data do you pull from Gmail?
We retrieve subject lines, senders, recipients, and timestamps only. Message bodies are not pulled or stored. This means we can analyze relationships without ever holding sensitive content on our servers.
Can I use it alongside Salesforce / HubSpot?
Yes. SekiHQ is a Japan-specific relationship-intelligence layer that complements your existing CRM rather than replacing it. Enterprise plans will include bi-directional sync with Salesforce and HubSpot.
Where is data stored?
In Supabase (PostgreSQL) across US and Tokyo regions. Enterprise plans can request Japan-only data residency or on-premise deployment.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You have 30 days post-cancellation to export your data via CSV. After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted (except billing records we're legally required to retain).

7 days, every feature.
